The Ballard women's wrestling team competed in the super regional in Des Moines on Friday.  The Bombers would have three wrestlers who would place in the top 4 and advanced to the state tournament.  Noel Boettger finished the day 3-0 and was a champion.  Allison Baker finished 3-2 and placed fourth.  Caliegh Rhiner went 4-1 and finished third to qualify.

The Bombers are back in action on Thursday - February 2 when they travel to the State Wrestling Tournament in Coralville.  The tournament will begin at 9:00 AM.
