Dunkin Named Raccoon River Conference Coach of the Year
Bombers Finish 26-11 (8-0)
Ballard head volleyball coach Erica Dunkin has been named the Raccoon River Conference Coach of the Year, recognizing her leadership, dedication, and the outstanding success of the Bomber volleyball program this season.
In her fourth season at the helm, Coach Dunkin has guided the Bombers to steady improvement each year, increasing their win total every season. This year's team finished with a 26-11 overall record and an 8-0 mark in conference play, capturing the Raccoon River Conference championship for the first time in school history. The Bombers also advanced to the Class 4A regional final, capping one of the most successful seasons in program history.
Known for her commitment to building strong team culture, high standards of effort, and genuine care for her players, Coach Dunkin has created an environment centered on growth and connection. Her leadership has helped elevate Ballard volleyball.
This recognition highlights not only the team's accomplishments on the court but also the respect and esteem Coach Dunkin has earned from coaches across the conference.
