In a battle for Raccoon River Conference supremacy, the Ballard Bombers delivered a statement performance Tuesday night, defeating Bondurant-Farrar in four sets (25-20, 25-15, 22-25, 25-13) to secure the 2025 RRC Championship.

The Bombers came out strong, controlling the pace early with defense and efficient hitting to take the first two sets.  After a tight third-set loss, the Bombers regrouped and dominated the fourth set to seal the match and complete a perfect 8-0 run through conference play.

With the win, Ballard improves to 22-8 overall and celebrates its first conference title since joining the RRC. 

Up next, the Bombers turn their focus to postseason play.  The Bombers will host a regional semifinal on Thursday, October 23, at 7:00 PM, facing the winner of Nevada or Boone as they begin their pursuit of a state tournament berth.
