Bombers Compete At Mendenhall Invitational
Ballard Scores 95 Team Points
The Ballard Bombers men's wrestling team had a strong showing at the Jack Mendenhall Invitational in Ames, finishing 9th overall with 95.0 team points. Tucker Vitzthum led the way, claiming 1st place in the 165-pound weight class with a dominant performance. Easton Enyeart also shined, securing 3rd place at 120 pounds. Jacob Harrison placed 5th at 138 pounds, and Rhett Hedrick earned 3rd place at 190 pounds. Despite some tough matches, the team showed resilience, with several wrestlers earning valuable experience.
Up next, the Ballard Bombers will travel to North Polk in an exciting RRC match-up on Thursday, January 16. The action kicks off at 5:30 PM.
