Bio
Coach Howard teaches PE and Health at Ballard High School and is entering his ninth year with the school.
Originally from Colorado Springs, Coach Howard attended the University of Wyoming.
He now resides in Slater with his wife, Jodi, their son, Zeke, and their daughters, Naomi and Lois.
