Bombers Strike Big Against Eagles
Ballard Defeats Pella Christian 2963-1884
The Ballard men's bowling team put together a dominant performance at home, defeating Pella Christian 2963–1884 in a high-scoring matchup that showcased the Bombers' depth and consistency on the lanes.
Ballard's lineup was led by junior Kyler Johnson, who delivered a season-high performance with a 467 series, including a high game of 258 and a remarkable 233.5 pins per game. Senior Braden Skurdal added 415 total pins with a 224 high game, while junior Carter Sparks contributed 375 pins and a 197 high game. Seniors Gage Tapp and Kolby Robinson rounded out the top five for the Bombers with series of 359 and 351, respectively.
With the victory, Ballard improves to 4–2 overall and 2–2 in conference play.
The Bombers will look to carry their momentum into their next contest on Tuesday, January 6, when they host Bondurant-Farrar at 2:30 PM.
