The Ballard varsity men's bowling team opened Heart of Raccoon Conference play on Tuesday with a hard-fought matchup against Carroll, coming up just short in a 2659–2592 road loss.  Despite the setback, the Bombers showed competitive depth and strong individual series that kept the match tight throughout the afternoon.

With the loss, the Bombers move to 0-1 on the season and in conference action.  The team will look to bounce back quickly as they prepare to host Madrid Tuesday - December 2 starting at 2:30 PM.
