Bombers Set Record In Win Over Savages
Ballard Defeats Sigourney 3015-2770
The Ballard men's bowling team shattered their previous school record with a dominant performance against Two Rivers Conference opponent Sigourney, posting a final score of 3,015 to Sigourney's 2,770. The Bombers improved to 5-3 overall record and 5-2 in conference play.
Leading the way for the Bombers was Stetson Kane, who rolled an outstanding total score of 465, including a high game of 251. Close behind were Brenden Wright with 461 pins and Gage Tapp with 450 pins, both turning in strong performances to help propel Ballard to the top.
Sigourney's Liam VanVoltenburg and Aidan Greiner had respectable performances, with VanVoltenburg scoring 395 pins and Greiner posting 387.
Ballard's next match-up is set for January 24, where they will host Norwalk in another critical Two Rivers Conference contest at 2:30 PM.
