Ballard Lands First State Bowling Participant
The men's bowling team finished up their team's inaugural season with matches against Pella, the Two Rivers Conference Meet, and the State Qualifying Meet.
Against Pella, the Bombers would defeat the Dutch 2676-2631. Alex Evans had a high series of 214 and Brady Kruger bowled a 175.
In the Two Rivers Conference Meet hosted by Oskaloosa, the Bombers would finish seventh overall out of 10 teams. The Bombers would roll a 2743 on the day with Gilbert winning the meet bowling a 3285.

The Bombers would compete in the State Qualifying Meet at Cadillac Lanes in Waterloo on Tuesday. The Bombers would finish 3rd bowling a 2675. Brenden Wright would bowl a 607 and qualify for the Individual State Tournament. Ian Godbold would bowl a 584 and finish 8th overall.
