The Ballard football team gave up a touchdown late to Atlantic in the fourth quarter and fell to the Trojans 15-12 on Friday night.

The Bombers used a quarterback trio of Luke Hartsook, Miles Mudd, and Eli Rouse.  The trio was 10 of 16 passing for 100 yards on the night.  Eli Rouse carried the ball 26 times for 68 yards and two touchdowns.  Jakson Fleischmann had three catches for 21 yards.

Defensively, Brody Sampson had 9.5 tackles and Caleb Sparks had 6.5.  Chance Lande had an interception.

With the loss, the Bombers fall to 1-3 (0-0) on the season.

The Bombers are back in action on Friday - September 23 when they host Humboldt in their first district football game of the season.  The game will kick off at 7:00 PM.
