Eli Rouse went seven shut out innings and the Bombers defeats Winterset 1-0 on Monday night in a Raccoon River Conference game.  Rouse allowed one hit and struck out eight on the night.  The lone Bomber run came on a wild pitch that allowed Jaden Peasley to score in the bottom of the sixth.  Winterset's Justin Hackett allowed only two hits on the night to Rouse and Jacob Ross.

With the win, the Bombers improve to 4-6 (2-1) on the season.

The Bombers are back in action on Tuesday, June 7 when they travel to South Hamilton.  The junior varsity and varsity will play starting at 5:15 PM.
